These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Auditable's services, including our website, platform, and any other software or services offered by Auditable ("Services").

We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It's important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

We retain your documents for a period of 10 years to comply with regulatory requirements for ACA and Medicare insurance agents. You may request export or deletion of your documents at any time, subject to these regulatory retention requirements.
6. Credits and Billing
Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you perform certain actions, such as uploading documents, sending signature requests, or retrieving documents. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auditable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
